Dartzeel 8850 and the V3's are a very good match, the V3's are old news but at the moment I would not change them for any of the new S-series. (maybe I woud change my mind if I would try them at a home)

It could be the room. Unusual front wall configuration.
What are the new Soulution gears? At CES 2014, Soulution demo'ed the 711 with the S3 with (reported) excellent result. I would be more interested in listening to the S3 driven by a less expensive amp, such as Vitus SS101, or even RI100.
