You know, that doesn't seem too unreasonable. My father used to have Cigarette boats and trying to get that last 5 mph usually meant doubling the expenditures on engines. So an extra 20% isn't bad, IMO.
Of course that 80% to get the first 95% was pretty stiff to begin with!
It would seem that I am only about 25% there myself. Now I am beginning to be sorry I asked the question.
