Looking for a good quality, small ice maker. Want "clear ice". Medium to small cubes...good for chewing. Not the "Sonic" ice. It's good..but looking for a little larger, but clear ice cube. Looking for the perfect ice-tea cube that is chewable.

I've read a lot of reviews. Seems there can be many issues with ice makers. Cleaning is an issue. Some have ultraviolet light to help keep machine clean?

Some are noisy and some leak from condensation.

Most don't hold the ice, once it's made...slow melt and will recycle water into new cubes?

Anyone make a "clear ice" machine, medium to small cubes, cleans itself, keeps ice, in a small unit? Portable is fine... Doesn't have to be plumbed in..I'll add water. Or a small plumbed in unit. Small personal use.
