The Bridge II sounds so good that for the odd higher res DXD and DSD2x, I don't even bother.
You could probably get as good results with a custom low noise CAPS (computer audiophile server with a good USB cable and linear power supplies) but the idea of maintaining a PC just for the few higher res audio (>24/192 and DSD1x) didn't seem worth the hassle just to hear the higher res.
