These are indeed the good old days!
While there aren't any really bad products left on the market, there are some 'not so good ones'. Most of the bad things today revolve around usability, firmware updates, and reliability.
Some of my pet peeves are;
Cheesy plastic remotes
Klunky user interfaces for web and mobile
Funky drivers for Windows, iOS
Poor network integration
Lack of update / upgrade paths, especially for expensive products.
