They will affect the sound just like any other object in the room, that is with a certain degree of unpredictability.
Sound is actually a bubble not a wave as previously thought and obviously those sonic bubbles will interact with any object in a room. Now try to actually control that and prove that there is an improvement in sound. Good luck with that.
I’d sooner believe that a pyramidal shaped object would infuse some sonic magic (since those guys seem to have possessed knowledge way ahead of their time) than a pasta shaped mystical object on a pedestal.
