The simple way is with a Y-connector from the 2nd set of L/R outputs to the sub........BUT: That assumes a number of things.
1. The sub has its own LP filter and level control.
2. The 2nd set of L/R outputs are buffered from the main L/R outputs so that the Y-connector does not short them together.
3. You do not require a HP filter for the main speakers.

All that said, it might help if you told us the names/numbers of the specific devices in your setup.
