This "synergy" may be somewhat singularly related to Dan's design in a way that may justify the inclusion of his pre in a one-source digital system. It seemed to me that might have a little to do with the thread - D'Agostino Pre-amp Mini Review, since Jim has the DAG amps in "his system" and was reviewing the DAG preamp in this context, but maybe not.

At the Paragon event last fall Dan 'Agostino mentioned something about having designed something in the power amps that when paired with the Pre makes them sound so good. I don't remember if he expanded on this or not. Maybe Chuck , out or Frank who were also there could expand on this.
