I have not heard the XR200, but I have auditioned the Sabrinas extensively. They are extraordinary on mid range and highs, vocals levitate, acoustic and pianos guitars feel like you are inside of them. Sabrinas lack oomph on the low end, IMHO they need a subwoofer if you want to feel the bass (not just in the room shaking sense, but even in the musical sense).

You probably know that the Sabrinas are among the highest reviewed speakers under $20K or so. Many of these reviews being from places that love McIntosh electronics, but never quite seem to have time for McIntosh speakers.
