Hi Ken,
I do not think it would be much of a difference, at least in terms of actual dB difference or rather increase. For every 3db gain in volume the amplifier usually has to double in Watts for that 1meter sensitivity measurement from the the speaker. Having said that these are a pair of Monoblocks that are powering each speaker individually, I would think in fact there would be some difference.
