There are at least two other pathways to consider beyond buying a long expensive Ethernet cable.
- Install an Audio grade Ethernet switch close to your Aurender and then a short high grade cable.
- Install the Gigafoil V4 Ethernet filter close to your Aurender and then a short high grade cable.
Do the math. I can tell you from my experiments, a Gigafoil and upgraded cable definitely improves the sound in my system. That is with 30’ of a generic Belden Ethernet cable.
