Its a pity because the Tannoy workforce were an important and well established part of the Scottish audio scene. However its not at all surprising as business rates have increased by 42 percent under the Scottish National Party (SNP). As taxation increases I suspect we'll see many more businesses either moving south or shifting their manufacturing base to China.
