Default history repeats itself

When I first got my first decent stereo, it was in 1987 when I discovered electrostatic speaker and purchased a pair of Acoustat Spectra 22 speakers.

Well today a customer traded in a pair of Acoustat Spectra 22, had original boxes, packing. Grill socks look as new, wood bases still like new without a mark, even the interfaces in perfect shape.

Forgot how a full range electrostatic panel sounds like, bass down to 20 hz according brochure.

Impressed as MC312 running cool even with high volume levels

Who would thought in 2019 being using same speakers as I had in 1987

Dan
