I was just looking a few minutes ago and stumbled upon those.
I have to look for a set that has only the very small tips. The biggest thing I would need is about 2.5 mm in diameter. I should contact Wiha and Wera to see what they do regarding replacement tips since many tips are modified for individual use and become unusable unless another patient has the exact same broken component.
