I just recently tried the Stone Smoked Porter with Vanilla Beans. It is very good. Smokey with a slight hint of the Vanilla. Go figure.
One of my all time favorites is Trappist Rochefort #10 and Celebrator/Salvator. The Trappist ales have a very interesting background. I've heard a lot of great things about trappist westvleteren 12 and Pliny the Younger.
