Admittedly, a before and after photo would’ve been helpful. One is coming. For clarity on speaker positioning:
The photo shows setup before changes. Maggies are positioned 4 feet from front wall with 9.5 feet to rear wall. Listening chair is 4 feet from rear wall. The flip! - I turned Maggies around to face front wall now making that the rear wall. I pulled audio rack out to center of room and replaced it with listening chair. Kept Maggies at 4 feet facing new rear wall but spread space in between speakers from 5 feet to 7 feet.
So now, instead of having the Maggies being 4 feet from front wall, they’re now 9.5 feet away from the new front wall. Previously was enjoying speakers just out of near-field listening. Now it’s straight near-field until I treat the room or move this summer / autumn.
