Snap impressions, delightful. Clear, articulated, macro dynamic.

You should give 807 tubes a try. I've found them to be quite good overall with excellent soundstage and tonal balance. They are also considerably cheaper than KT8C.

Apparently the KT8(C) was a British attempt to improve on the 807 with limited success.
