That is exactly what happened with one of my amps. After a short time a tube went which caused the amp's fuse to blow and stop making sound. Evidently a safety feature. Maybe Shindo got a bad batch of 300b tubes. After mine was replaced and re-biased it came back working perfect. Yours should be the same.
