My apologies for going very off topic jorsan, but I took a closer look at my avatar and the wines in the pic were from a Burgundy tasting I hosted in 2014 featuring the wines of Pommard.
Looking back at my old TNs, the following wines from my cellar were poured for a group of ten fellow winos and later their wives and SO's (this list is by vintage not the pouring order):
90 Michel Ganoux Pommard, Grands Epenots
90 Camille Giroud Pommard, Clos des Epeneaux
93, 96 & 99 Comte Armand Pommard Clos des Epeneaux
96 Jadot Pommard, Grands Epenots
98 Courcel Pommard, Les a Rugiens
98 Jadot Pommard, Rugiens
98 Montille Pommard, Les Rugiens
98 Leroy Pommard, Les Vignots
99 Joseph Voillot Pommard, Les Rugiens
99 Vougeraie Pommard, Les Petits Noizon
99 Courcel Pommard, Les Fremiers
99 Pierre Morey Pommard, Grands Epenots
99 Jean Luc Joillot Pommard, Les Rugiens
01 Girardin Pommard, Les Rugiens
All of the wines showed well (no corked wines which is always a relief). Standouts for me were the Courcel, Montille, Voillot, Comte Armand and Giroud bottlings. All of the wines showed the terroir of Pommard very well.
On other occasions, we've done Volnay and Chambolle Musigny tastings.
I seem to recall a good time was had by all. Unfortunately, no music was playing as we were concentrating so intently on the wines! [emoji51][emoji848]
