Seriously though I will update if I make any progress. Their support emailed a response to my request for help letting me know that it is likely the NAS causing the issue ... only issue is that all of this is off of the internal drives and I had said that already. I don't even own a NAS. They also suggested I buy a W20 and do PCM over AES since that would sound better anyway. Hooking my laptop back up tonight so that may be the ultimate solution. Will update if anything changes.
