Serge - Consider yourself fortunate.
If you are going to be a 'serious' listener you will want a yagi mounted as high as you can get it. My antenna consists of a pair of 6-element yagi in parallel mounted in the crawl-space above the garage. If that had not worked I would have mounted a mast on my brick chimney and put them even higher. Whatever you end up with, as high as possible and outside is best. A single run of coax from antenna to tuner is best.
