What's a streamer? 
Being old school, having a phono-stage internal to an integrated is pushing the envelope for me. Streamers and DACs change too often to have them built-in. The only one that does it right is Accuphase, with the use of plug-in cards. Hard-wired makes them soon out-of-date.
