You beat me to the suggestion to cut out or remove the rear panels which probably would not be noticeable from the front or a seating position. From a cooling standpoint, no rear panels would be a good thing.

You could always get an estimate from a cabinet maker. You could chose your woods and dimensions.

A locally made custom cabinet might cost less than you think.
