The support from my dealer and VPI has been subpar.. when I called they had no idea what I was talking about. Very disappointing. I feel like when you spend this kind of money a certain level of service should come with it. Everyone has been treating me like I bought a turntable suitcase from Bestbuy. Very thankful for this board.

Time to find a new dealer and I would reach out to Mat at VPI directly.
He's very accessible on Social Media or just pick up the phone and call him.
