The DC-37 displays exact bit rates not just the "flag" sent by the software. Aurender is doing software manipulation and the DAC calls it as it sees it. You will also see this with "digital volume controls" where the software packs extra bits in the stream.
If the sound is not affected, then all is good and its working as it should be.
