I am not speaking of native 5.1 surround, but rather, 2.0 PCM 44/16 converted to 5.1 or 7.1 Dolby Pro Logic Music or Bryston's proprietary surround mode, Stereo7 7.1. After using these surround formats, it is rare I us stereo for two channel source playback.
