I guess it comes down to how you define 'significant'.
When you get into gear at the performance quality level of Bryston the differences between different series of amplifiers are valid but are not a night and day difference.
So a lot will depend on the resolution capabilities of the rest of the system and frankly the sophistication or expectations of the listener as to the 'value' of the performance differences.
What I can tell you is the performance parameters (signal to noise, IR rejection, Harmonic and IM distortion etc.) of the Cubed versions of the amplifiers are improved over the previous series of amplifiers.
