Just received a FedEx tracking number for my Aurender N100H. It should be back in my living room sound system by Friday evening.

I have to say, Aurender's customer service has been excellent. Rapid responses to my email, great communication from Aurender on the status, and a quick replacement of my AMOLED screen. My N100H is still under warranty, so my only expense was shipping from Florida to California for the repair. I am pleased to be able to report that Aurender customer service is very good.
