Recall an interview with Bogle about 20yr ago where he lambasted the then management of Vanguard for nepotism and paying themselves and other high-level employees way too much. He said he was trying to get them to change as he viewed their actions running the company for themselves rather than for the benefit of the share-holders or investors. A man of the highest integrity.
