Make sure you connect the transport and dac by the ES-link connection, it's the highest quality connection.
I connect my W20 to the dac by dual aes/ebu.
Now what I need (and you) is a good clock, although i'm not itching to get it anytime soon.

Hi Docmd,
Did you find that the dual AES from the W20 made an improvement compared to single AES for no hirez files.
I may be wrong , but was informed by Aurender that dual AES is only benefits 368khz upwards and anything below is sent via single AES.
From my understanding dual AES transmits half the sample rate over each AES cable and thus, having less jitter,even for lower sample rates, so some benefits over single AES or coax.
