Default Trinnov Altitude 32

I was just trading emails with a local A/V dealer, who happens to carry a product I've been looking into. After I sent him a breakdown of my current gear, he immediately tried to sell me one of these Trinnov processors to replace my SP3.

Luckily I'm quite happy with my SP3, not care about Atmos, and my system sees 2-channel 80% of the time.. but I wanted to start a thread on this and see if anyone has had experience with this unit.

Looks like it's the top of the heap for HT processing, and not cheap. "Trinnov offers the Altitude32 in four versions: the eight-channel AL32-88 base model ($17,500), 16-channel AL32-816 ($21,000), 24-channel AL32-1624 ($25,500), and 32-channel AL32-1632 ($29,000)—all priced without the $2,500 3D Audio package that brings Atmos, DTS:X, and Auro-3D into the fold."
