As all of us know, the Salon 2s are a heck of speaker for the price. They are very balanced, have tremendous soundstage, are dynamic and look good! Still recommended by both TAS and Stereophile after over 5+ years of being on their list of recommended components.
I've had mine for 2.5 years. I've enjoyed them for many hours during this time.
Their new Performa series are getting great reviews and are very affordable.
Lastly, I wonder when the new Salon 3s are coming.

Hi Mike,
I've auditioned the Revel F208 and the Aerial 7T in the same room and on the same equipment. I have to say the F208 made a really strong showing and is much less money than the 7T. I feel it is one of the best speakers in the market at its price point.
I also spoke to the folks at Revel earlier this year and they said at this point, they are just looking at ideas for the Salon 3. No prototypes or intros in the near future.
