Get the iPhone app and it will do it automatically. if you don't have an appropriate phone, invite a friend with a phone over. While your friend is enjoying tunes, make sure to adjust the level setting to your liking. This will take a range of recordings and your ear--not difficult, but you'll probably toggle back and forth between 2-3 levels over an hour or so. Enjoy!
