What tubes do you need? My friend with the Pacific tells me the Chinese tubes are second rate quality, don't sound as good and are overpriced. He mentioned Kron and EML, and to also talk to Andy at Vintage Tube Labs. Specifically, he mentioned KRon 5u4g and EML 5u4g rectifier tubes he has being among the best.
