You can buy LED kits for 2200 from EBAY. It's not the official, but it has 14v leds that you fit in the place of the lamps. It also comes with new blue plastics that you put in front of the meter.
It isn't hard to install. It put one on mine. I think it might be easier to install than the original, as you don't need to install the power source for the LED's.
