Default Amp and Subs Humming All of a Sudden

I'm having a heck of a time hunting down some power anomalies in our new house. The problem is, it JUST started happening about a week ago. Here's a little background:

I designed my system's power to have it's own sub-panel. All audio circuits are wired same phase, same ground leg with equal lengths of 10AWG wire, terminated with Shunyata outlets. I'm using a Shunyata PS8 and Defender for all the components, but subs and amps are plugged straight into the wall. Up until about a week ago, my system was completely quiet.

Of late, my REL S5's started to sizzle a bit with an underlying 60Hz hum...not super loud, but audible from 2 ft between tracks. In addition, my McIntosh 8207 has developed a transformer hum that is also audible from about 2 feet. The subs exhibit the buzz/hum when all signal connections are unplugged.

The kicker is that there haven't been any additions or subtractions to the system. The only variables I can think of:

1. We've had 3 more homes go up in our cul de sac over the last few months
2. The weather here was COLD for the last few weeks (well below zero here in Mn). Much more demand on the grid?
3. We have Christmas trees all over the place, but again, the A/V power is isolated.

While I'm not certain that any of the variables are viable explanations for my power going crazy, I wanted to lay it all out there.

Any thoughts on the cause, or solution are welcomed!
