Klipsch 2 way p series have a really ragged top end above 9 khz, where the older Heritage series before the ceramic drivers and 3rd ordered was almost smooth as glass. The newer heritage series has a slight peak at or around 6 khz that add just a touch of zip to recordings, but nothing like the P series. Plus they are asking the P-series woofers to reach to high and cover to much bandwidth. The P woofers may have a little lower distortion on the lowest two octaves, but the systems just don't have the dynamic output the Heritage speakers have. I'll take a pair of Cornwalls any day followed by the Kornerhorns with a Belle or La Scala as a center speaker over the P series. The money you'll save on power using the Heritage speakers will pay for the center amp.
