Up went 12 super bass extreme corner modules and 4 wavewood panels behind me.
A short RTA measurement tells me that we are in the same ballpark absorption-wise with af few more corner modules vs. the GIK Soffits.
Looks 10 times better though and sounds absolutely fantastic, compared to full absorption in my room.
Well worth the change for me.

yes it is definitely a shame; I find the Vicoustics to have been the most aesthetically pleasing of all the options out there; too bad they seem to have bit the big one here in the US...
