You will need an active crossover with variable gain for its outputs. It would be inserted between your preamp and poweramps. This will allow you to set the crossover fequency and match gain between the 402 and MA9S2.
You will need to determine if the internal crossover of your speakers can be bypassed or eliminated in order to by-amp.
Also, using amps from the same manufacturer won't guarantee equal gain, unless both amps are the same model.
