I'll say that from what I have heard the PMC OB1i's are going to be really hard to beat in this price range.
At $7499 retail you'll have plenty of coin left over for good cables and maybe even a few room treatments.
PS I would also cast a vote for K-Horns except that so few people have the right room for them. I wish that I did.
