Yes, I gave Jeff authorization for the work. Although I initially just wanted the deck returned I decided to go ahead and have him repair it after our discussion over the phone. For reasons I will not divulge on this site, it was the proper thing for me to do. Hopefully ESLabs business plan will improve moving forward.
