IMHO, I would not do it.
Teflon is a material that can easily resist the temperature in the neighborhood of the tubes, and thermal sleeve will not help. If you wrap these cables you will change the intended geometry and dielectric materials - do you think that ARC would use this expensive looking wire if they could use cheap thermal sleeve instead?
If you want to move them a little closer I would suggest a simple cotton wire tie, as old school Japanese audiophiles love to do.
