As I look at this thread, I find the ideas about new versus old interesting. There are many valid points as to where the "change" might be. But more than adding clarity, these ideas have made me rethink the question.

I don't find so much new and old as I do ongoing (and accelerating since the beginning of the WAMM's development) advances in Wilson's ability to more finely design and tune in the time domain. The CST tweeter (all 5 application specific versions) are simply a portion of the means to this end, though certainly there were advancements before its development and even more after. Dave has doggedly pursued, and being the scientist that he is, meticulously documented each step of the way. To hear the WAMM is indeed validation of the path and brings clearly into focus, how each step, each speaker design contributed along the way.

So how do we define old vs new? I guess that is more a concern for you guys outside the building. From inside, it just looks like rigorous and relentless progression toward what has been and continues to be Dave's life work deftly supporting and encouraging what is well on its way to Daryl's life work.
