My apologies for any confusion my reply created. Part of this has to do with my working remotely from the factory and traveling frequently. It can happen that my information isn't as up to date as Cassandra's would be, who answers calls and is at the factory every day. Two days ago when I called, I was told the back orders were cleared up, but subsequently it appears, upon final inspection our production manager noted a small cosmetic flaw on the recent group of labels. The shipments were then held pending that being addressed. I'm told this only requires a few days to be corrected because the labels are made locally, but I understand your frustration in waiting. My apologies for adding to this by providing outdated information. Feel free to contact me directly and I'll do whatever I can to help make things right and expedite your order.
