My apologies, I thought B&W sold the OEM branding rights to Harman just like B&O. B&O sold their automotive division to Harman.

A smart move to partner with a concern that has the majority market share (yes, even bigger than Bose) in the OEM audio business. If one is pitching their brand to an automaker, one wants the Harman rep sitting right next to them.
