I feel the same way.
25 years ago I bought a 400 CD jukebox for my office so I wouldn't have to listen to holiday music (or commercials, the news, the weather or people mumbling about unimportant things). About ten years ago I put as much of my CD collection as I could rip into iTunes that would fit into my 160 GIG iPod for my office which has been running 24/7/365 for the last TEN years. AMAZING. I guess of you aren't a 12 year old throwing them across the room, iPods will last almost forever!
