Thanks for clarifying that. I sounds like what my Panamax does. Whenever our voltage gets to 126 it kicks in a regulates the output to 116 or 117. I've never seen it at 120 like they show in their marketing materials. Thing is, once the high voltage protection kicks in and the output voltage is reduced (to 116 or 117) it never changes after that. If I reset the unit, it'll usually read something like 123 in and 123 out. I guess what I'm saying is that once the high voltage event has passed, the unit doesn't switch back to allow more juice.

Am I mis-understanding how this thing is supposed to work? Or are my expectations unreasonable?
