"Thank you for contacting us and for choosing an Aurender music server. One of the engineers checked your unit and everything looks normal, he said the connected disk is USB 2.0 so it will be a little slow, however 28.0GB in 8 hours is abnormally slow. Usually, using the Smart Copy process, this amount of data (3TB) would probably take about a day to transfer to the Aurender.

Would it be possible for you to send a screenshot of the Copy Status on the App? You can take a screenshot with the iPad as shown at the link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200289

Also, would you mind sharing which dealer you purchased the N100H from and which DAC you are using with the unit?"
