I'm a fan of both music and movies equally. My 2 channel set up includes a VPI Scoutmaster w/ Dynavector cartridge and a Moon MC pre, Parasound JC2 pre amp, JC1 power amps, B&W 802D's. Digital is handled by a Denon 5910 Universal player, WADIA ipod dock, Benchmark DAC1 Pre. I just ordered a Marantz NA7004 to stream music from my Mac and iphone. Can't wait to get it!!
My home theater is centered around a Panasonic 65" Vierra, a Marantz AV7005 / MM7055 and a Sunfire Signature for the front L/R (total overkill, I know), Oppo bdp 95, B&W 805s, HTM4 and 4 Polk surrounds. I run 4(!) subs - 2 Velodyne DD-12's for the front L/R and 2 HGS-12's for the LFE effects.
Very happy I found the forum and the awesome insight it's friendly members provide.
