The nice thing about MediaMonkey is that is will automatically convert down to the resolution you specify for a portable device. So I can keep everything on my server in native format and don't have to manage 2 different quality libraries. Just drag the music to my iPod and let MM worry about the rest.

Thanks... I agree that for me it is a little complicated. Wish it was just one stop shopping instead of you need to do this, and a converter for that... How about I just buy the song and play it... and it works on every device.
